I'm 7mos pregnant,my first time and I'm alone since I'm in a foreign country and the father of my baby ran away from me. I was told already to quit my job because of my pregnancy. How can I support my needs? How do I manage all this stress and worries?

I have to confess that I know nothing about how your situation is handled in the Japanese culture, however; I am certain your situation is not uncommon.

If it is possible to continue working, please do. You are correct in that you need to support yourself and your child.
